At Assistance Dog Registry (run by NS Design ID Cards), we offer a subscription-based service for dog registration, which is billed annually. We aim to provide you with a valuable service, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription.
Our service is provided on a yearly subscription basis. Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive access to your account and dog’s profile for one year. After the subscription term ends, you will need to renew to maintain access.

Once canceled:
We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid, as the service is provided on an annual basis. This applies to both partial use of the subscription period and cancellation before the renewal date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
