At Assistance Dog Registry (run by NS Design ID Cards), we offer a subscription-based service for dog registration, which is billed annually. We aim to provide you with a valuable service, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription.

1. Subscription-Based Service

Our service is provided on a yearly subscription basis. Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive access to your account and dog’s profile for one year. After the subscription term ends, you will need to renew to maintain access.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
• Once you cancel your subscription, your dog's profile will be deactivated immediately, and you will lose access to all services provided under the subscription, including ID lookup, updates, and profile visibility.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Once canceled:

• Your account and profile will be deactivated.
• You will not be billed for future subscription renewals.

4. Refund Policy for Subscription

We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid, as the service is provided on an annual basis. This applies to both partial use of the subscription period and cancellation before the renewal date.

5. Return Policy for Physical Products

If you have purchased a physical product (such as an ID card or dog tag), our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Custom ID cards or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

6. Refunds for Physical Products
