Personalised pink assistance dog ID card set, supplied with a pink slide-in holder and a red Assistance Dog lanyard. The card is printed with your dog's photograph, name and breed, along with the handler's first name and an emergency contact telephone number.
The plastic card fits inside the pink holder behind a clear window. The holder clips onto the included lanyard and can also be attached to a dog harness.
