You already have the right to be there. The Lifelong Partner Pack is the proof you can hand over: ID cards that open a live, checkable profile, hi-vis kit that says “working team” before anyone asks, and the same proof in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. One payment. Registered for life.
Not ready to pay? Get a free personalised law card, or open a free account for the dashboard tools.

The whole pack, as it arrives. Tap any item to look closer.
Type the name and the kit appears with it on. Add a photo if you like. It all happens on your phone, nothing is uploaded.
The registration number shown is an example. Yours is issued the moment you register. Made to order and posted by Royal Mail Tracked, typically within 6 to 10 working days.
Not sure yet? Ask the Rights Assistant what the law says, or whether the kit is right for you. Plain-English answers in seconds.

There is no UK government register and no official certificate. Your right to have your dog with you in shops, taxis, hospitals, hotels and restaurants comes from the Equality Act 2010, with or without us.
So why carry anything? Because the person at the door is often guessing. The card is not for you, it is for them. It gives a straight answer in about ten seconds, so you do not have to argue.
Ask our free Rights Assistant →Registration here is voluntary. It does not create legal rights and it is not a government service. What it gives you is a clear, checkable record to hand over, instead of a conversation you did not want to have.
A short cartoon on owner-trained assistance dogs, the Equality Act 2010, and what the Lifelong pack adds at the door.
The law is on your side in all of them. The card makes it quick for the other person to see that.
Sorry, no dogs.
A business cannot refuse you, or charge you extra, because of your assistance dog.
I do not take dogs.
Drivers must carry an assistance dog at no extra charge, unless they hold a medical exemption certificate.
Which department allows this?
Reception staff are often unsure of the policy and do not want to get it wrong.
Our policy is no pets.
A “no pets” rule is not a lawful reason to turn away an assistance dog.
None of this depends on our card. The card just means you spend less of your day explaining it.
The person at the door does not need an app, an account or a password. They tap your card on their phone, or scan the QR code, and your live profile opens on their screen.

Add your dog’s pass to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet from your member dashboard, and use our free app to check any ID number in seconds.
Example pass and profileOne tap from your dashboard adds a pass with your dog’s name, photo and ID. It opens the live profile and follows your registration status, so what it shows stays current.
Anyone can type in a registration number and check it on the spot. Staff, venue managers and fellow handlers can use it. Free on Android.
No app and no login to check you. Your Registered badge, ID number and photos open from the card, the QR code or the lookup page.
Your member dashboard is where the registration lives. This is the real thing, shown with our example dog, Ben.
Two and a half minutes with the real cards, tags, lanyard, holders and hi-vis vests, filmed by us.
The NFC chip is in the ID cards, not in the dog tags. Tapping a card opens the same public profile as the QR code.
Sign up in a couple of minutes and choose the Lifelong Partner Pack. Your online profile is live as soon as payment is confirmed.
Upload your dog’s photo and yours from your dashboard. We cannot make the cards until the photos are in, and your profile works in the meantime.
We post your pack by Royal Mail Tracked 48, UK addresses only. Typically 6 to 10 working days from payment, and we email you the tracking number when it is dispatched.
Every paid plan includes your registration and live profile. The difference is the kit, and whether you pay once or keep paying.
The full kit. Pay once, registered for life.

The same kit, paid once a year.

Registration is voluntary and does not create legal rights. Your dog’s access rights come from the Equality Act 2010 whatever you choose, or if you choose nothing.
You are not paying for a legal right, you already have it. You are paying for speed and calm: a card, a hi-vis vest and a live profile that answer the question for the person in front of you, so you are not explaining the Equality Act in a queue. If you would rather not pay, the free law card and a free account with the dashboard tools are there.
Stay calm, say that your dog is an assistance dog and that you are protected by the Equality Act 2010, and ask to speak to a manager. Note the name, place and time. You can get free advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service, and our Rights Assistant walks you through the next step. We cannot promise every business will accept a card, and nobody honestly can.
No. There is no UK government register or certificate for assistance dogs. Assistance Dog Registry is a voluntary private register. The card is a checkable record you chose to create, not a legal document.
Under the Equality Act an assistance dog is a dog trained to carry out tasks that help with a disability. There is no size, breed or training-school requirement, and owner-trained dogs are welcome. If your animal helps by comfort and company, ESA Support UK may suit you better.

Typically 6 to 10 working days from payment, by Royal Mail Tracked 48, UK addresses only. We email your tracking number when it is dispatched. We make the cards once your photos are uploaded, and your online profile works while you wait.

Yes. At checkout you can split the payment with Klarna or Clearpay.
Lifelong members get one free replacement card in any 12 months, for any reason. Further replacements within the same 12 months are charged at the replacement price.
Type your name and your dog’s name and the card updates. Then we email you the real thing as a free PDF, with your rights under the Equality Act 2010 in plain words.
This is a preview. Nothing you type or pick here is sent or stored. You enter your details on the free form next.
You have done the work to train your dog. Carry the proof that ends the argument.
