These terms and conditions govern your use of the Assistance Dog Registry website, owned and operated by NS Design ID Cards. By signing up for a free or premium membership, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
As a user of the Assistance Dog Registry, you agree to:
a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. b) Update your account with any changes to your details (e.g., address, contact information). c) Use the platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. d) Not misuse, manipulate, or falsely represent information regarding assistance dogs or profiles.
The Assistance Dog Registry is a voluntary registry and does not certify dogs or provide any legal documentation to qualify an assistance dog. Registration with our platform does not confer any legal rights or protections under the law. It is the responsibility of the handler to comply with relevant national and local regulations regarding assistance dogs.
NS Design ID Cards and Assistance Dog Registry make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content provided on the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that all use is at your own risk. NS Design ID Cards will not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues that arise from the misuse of the registry, improper training of assistance dogs, or violation of local
assistance dog laws. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws in their jurisdiction.
We take data privacy seriously. By using the Assistance Dog Registry, you agree to our data collection and privacy policies. All personal data collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Premium members will be charged an annual fee, as detailed on the pricing page. Premium memberships are auto-renewed unless cancelled. Users will be notified via email 7 days prior to renewal. Failure to renew will result in the deactivation of premium services, and you will revert to free membership status.
Users can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations of premium memberships must be done before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing. Refunds for premium memberships are not offered once payment has been processed unless there is a technical issue with the service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of the Assistance Dog Registry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
